How do you select your caregivers?

We select caregivers based on their experience, qualifications, dependability and personality traits.

There are a number of steps we take to screen our caregivers. We interview them in person (about an hour process), verify their work references, run criminal background checks(CORI).

We are happy to provide you with another caregiver as many times as you need until you are completely satisfied. Since we have such a large staff, we are usually very successful at finding someone who meets your unique needs.

Yes, we have a 1 hour minimum requirement

We will guarantee highly competitive rates. Please call for details.

Our caregivers have a variety of skills and training. They have been trained as licensed or certified health care professionals and non-professionals.

We usually will try to find a caregiver that lives as close as possible to you to increase the likelihood of it being a good match.

It depends on the specifics of your individual policy. Not all policies are written the same so it is important to find out whether the service will be covered prior to you requesting for service. We are always available to assist you with this process

We only require a 24-hour notice to cancel services.

We gladly accept reimbursement from Private Pay, Private Health Insurance, Long Term Care, Auto Insurance and Workers Compensation. We accept payments either through checks or also through wire transfer.
