We offer a wide range of services. Our compassionate, experienced staff members can come to you and offer everything from medical assessment by a registered nurse to nutritional meals that cater to your specific health requirements. Based on the needs of the client, a member of our Multidisciplinary Care Team will be assigned to the case.
Staffing options:
- Live-In care: Two to Seven days a week. Billed on a per day rate
- Hourly Care: Day, evening and night coverage on a part-time basis
- Respite: Provide relief coverage for family or staff as needed

Nursing Services:
- Available for free consultation
- Develop individual plans of care
- Oversee case management and care provider
- Ongoing supervision and evaluation
Physical Therapy:
- Specializes in improving functional limitations
- Home exercise program designed to improve mobility, strength, range of motion
- Pain management
- Educate caregivers with the goal of expediting healing and preventing re-injury
Occupational Therapy:
- Specializes in treatment to assist in regaining lost motion
- Restoring the ability to perform activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and eating, after an accident or illness
- Establishing a home exercise program designed to improve strength and range of motion
Speech Therapy:
- Specializes in the treatment of swallowing, speech, and language disorders
- Physical exercises to strengthen the muscles used in speech (oral-motor work)
- Speech drills to improve clarity, or sound production practice to improve articulation
Medical Social Worker:
- Provides information and/or referrals to community resources
- Helping to resolve social or emotional problems which may interfere with the treatment of medical conditions or recovery
- Working with patients to get them engaging in activities outside of the home
- Services may also include long term planning, assistance with advanced directives
- Caregiver counseling
- Conflict resolution, Grief and/or end of life issues
Nutritionist:
- Provides guidance and education, in the preparation and eating of appropriate meals, nutritionally balanced meals and promoting better health
